Jahi is a Real Estate Broker in California and Nevada with extensive knowledge of the home buying process. His knowledge and experience with the home buying process helps to benefit his clients which always provides a smooth transaction for his borrowers. Jahi has 18 years as a broker in the real estate and mortgage industry. Jahi has a wealth of experience in directing clients through purchase transactions as well as refinancing current loans. He specializes in Jumbo loans, FHA loans, VA loans, Conventional loans as well as working with first time home buyers with down payment assistance loans. Jahi also has all the non-QM products such as bank statement loans, DSCR investor loans, P&L and 1099 loans. Jahi is currently licensed to do loans in California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Nevada, Ohio, Texas, Virginia and Washington. Jahi can assist clients with credit repair which helps them in qualifying for loans and/or receiving better rates. Jahi is a USC graduate, former Trojan football player, and current Cardinal and Gold member of the University of Southern California. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching sports, traveling and playing sports.
